LABOR LAW
Our services are primarily aimed at employers with more than 50 employees. We advise on all employment issues. If the client’s needs require it, our support can take the form of training or workshops for employees or HR departments. We also provide our services in the form of regular on-call services of a dedicated lawyer at the client’s premises, supporting the day-to-day operations of the human resources and accounting departments.
SELECTED PROJECTS
- opracowanie i wdrożenie regulaminów pracy, wynagradzania, ZFŚS, pracy zdalnej oraz polityk (przeciwdziałanie dyskryminacji oraz mobbingowi, powierzania floty i sprzętu) u pracodawcy zatrudniającego 200 pracowników w sektorze produkcji przemysłowej;
- doradztwo w przeprowadzeniu procesu dobrowolnych odejść w przedsiębiorstwie z sektora nowych technologii;
- opracowanie schematu bonusowego dla kluczowej kadry przedsiębiorstwa z sektora energetycznego.
Our services include, in particular:
- developing regulations, orders, agreement templates in the area of labor law (such as confidentiality, non-competition or entrustment of property agreements);
- developing internal procedures, as well as advising the bodies established to implement them (e.g., anti-harassment and anti-discrimination committees, occupational accident investigation committees);
- providing support in the preparation of starter packages, employee benefits and managerial packages;
- counseling on termination of employment (individual and group layoffs);
- providing legal support in day-to-day labor matters;
- representng employers in labor law court proceedings;
- consulting in the selection of the form of employment and transfer of employees to perform work in Poland, including legalization of residence and provision of work.
